License to 3D models

Our Website allows you to explore, preview, sell, download and purchase 3D models shared by 3DSolidverse Users. You may download and use Content from the Website in accordance with, and subject to our License.

Unauthorized Use

If you use the Website or Content in an unauthorized way, 3DSolidverse reserves the right to terminate your account and pursue other remedies including penalties, damages, losses, and profits as specified in this agreement or as permitted by law or equity. Payments and Withdrawals

As a user on 3DSolidverse, you can publish non-free 3D models to earn money, and we aim to provide timely access to your earnings on 3DSolidverse. However, there may be occasional delays in accessing funds. Access to funds can be blocked or withheld for violations of our terms, policies, or compliance reasons, including the collection of tax reporting information. We make efforts to promptly communicate the reasons for such actions.

Please note that for each successful transaction on our platform, a flat transaction commission of 20% will be deducted from the total transaction amount. The remaining 80% will be credited to your account after the deduction of the commission. The minimum withdrawal amount is $25. If you have any questions about blocked or withheld fund access, the 20% transaction commission, or need assistance, please reach out to our support team.

Third Party Content and Links To Other Web Sites

Within our website, you may come across links to third-party websites or services provided for your convenience. Termination

3DSolidverse reserves the right to immediately modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate your access and use of the Website and services at any time, with or without notice to you, without any liability or obligation to you and for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms or other applicable policies or agreements with 3DSolidverse.
